Overview
Before making a claim for a missing issue please check the publication schedule by visiting
Sage Publications and selecting your subscribed journal.
If the issue has been published, please refer to the estimated delivery timelines based on your region before making a claim for missing issues:
- UK, Europe and North, Central and South America: 4-6 weeks
- Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania: 6-8 weeks
- SAARC: 8-10 weeks
How do I report a missing issue?
You can report a missing journal issue by submitting a ticket via the Contact Support button below, please include the following information:
- Journal title
- Missing volume and issue number
- Name and full address
- Payment details
Approved Replacement Copy
We will arrange for a free replacement copy to be send if you are claiming for an issue that was dispatched within six months of the original date of publication. The approval of your claim is subjected to a maximum of 2 replacement copies.
Declined Replacement Copy
If the missing issue is reported outside of our six months claims period your request will be declined. You have the option to re-purchase the volume and issue as a single issue order and the price will be made available to you in response to your request.
