Overview

Sage Journals usage reports are COUNTER-compliant and provide information on engagement with journals your institution is subscribed to. However, there are instances when you will notice that specific titles you subscribe to, do not appear in your usage reports.

Why is a journal title missing from my usage report?

Our usage reports will list a journal only if usage has been reported against it. Therefore, if a title does not have any usage for the period of the report, it will not be included. This isn't an unusual occurrence, even for large institutions.
