How can I request replacement copies of missing issues as a society member?
If you receive print copies as part of your society membership and you are missing an issue, please see below for how to request replacement copies.
Before requesting a replacement copy of a missing issue, please allow time for this to be delivered. Our estimated delivery times per region are:
Africa, Europe, the Middle East: 4-6 weeks
Asia and Oceania: 6-8 weeks
SAARC (including Pakistan): 10 weeks
North, Central and South America: 10 weeks
If you have changed your address, we kindly request you inform your society of your new address so they can update the details in their database and arrange for replacement copies to be sent.
If your address has remained the same, please contact the Sage Membership team who can arrange for replacement copies to be sent.
