Asia and Oceania: 8-10 weeks
Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East: 6-8 weeks
North, Central and South America: 4-6 weeks
How do I claim missing journal issues for multisite subscriptions?
Please contact us using the below contact information with the following details:
- Desired shipping address
- Sage reference number
- Institution name
- Journal name and Issue number
Upon receiving your request, we will review and verify the details. Once verified, we will arrange for a copy of the missing journal to be sent to the provided shipping address.
