Why have I not received an invoice from the Payment Portal?

The invoice for Pay to Publish charges is usually raised just before an article is due to publish, therefore if your article has published but you have not received the invoice, please follow the steps listed. 

  • Check your spam/junk folder for an email from 'sagenoreply@sagepub.com’ there will be a link to our Payment Portal. 
  • If you do not have this email, contact publishingcharges@sagepub.co.uk with the article ID informing them that you have also checked your spam/junk folder.

If your article has not been published but you require an invoice as soon as possible please reach out to publishingcharges@sagepub.co.uk with the article ID.
