Why have I not received an invoice from the Payment Portal?

The invoice for Pay to Publish charges is usually raised just before an article is due to publish. If you have not received an invoice, please follow the below steps:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for an email from 'sagenoreply@sagepub.com’, this email will include a link to our Payment Portal. 
  • If you did not receive this email or you require an invoice as soon as possible, contact publishingcharges@sagepub.co.uk to request an invoice. Please include your article ID in this correspondence.
