Can I make change to my invoice after completing payment in the Payment Portal?

After payment has been made, we cannot make any changes to your invoice. 

Why is my article still appearing in the Payment Portal after completing payment?

If this occurs, please send a screenshot of your portal view to with the article ID and receipt of payment. 

Why am I required to enter the Payment Portal after completing payment?

This is only relevant if you have paid via bank transfer or cheque/check. We require confirmation of bank transfer and cheque/check within the Payment Portal as it's crucial for us to ensure that the money is allocated to the correct invoice.
