Why am I unable to complete payment on my Pay to Publish invoice?

If you are experiencing any issues with completing payment in the Payment Portal, please contact the Publishing Charges team at publishingcharges@sagepub.co.uk and include the following:

  • Article ID
  • An explanation of the problem
  • Screenshots of the portal view

This will allow the team to investigate your issue in a timely manner.
