Why is an article not appearing in the Payment Portal?

If you have received an email from Sage informing that you are responsible for payment of an article, however upon logging into the Payment Portal there is no article visible, please contact the Publishing Charges team on publishingcharges@sagepub.co.uk and include the following in your email:

  • Article ID
  • Relevant screenshots of the Payment Portal/invitation email.
