Why have I received a renewal reminder when I have already submitted payment?

Any renewal reminders received after you've already paid for your subscription were generated in advance of your payment being processed. You will not receive any further renewal reminders for this journal title. We kindly request that you disregard any additional reminders you may receive once you have confirmation of your successful payment.


If you want to confirm your payment or check the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service Team and include the following information:

  • Sage Account Number
  • Address Details
  • Journal Title
  • Proof of Payment
