Why have I received a renewal reminder when I have already submitted payment?

Any renewal reminders received after you've already paid for your subscription were generated in advance of your payment being processed and you should not receive any further renewal reminders for this journal title. We kindly request that you disregard any additional reminders you may receive once you have confirmation of your successful payment.

  • Sage Account Number
  • Address Details
  • Journal Title
  • Proof of Payment
