TABLE OF CONTENTS

Overview

When ordering a journal subscription from Sage you can expect this to run for a 12-month period. This will be in line with the issue frequency of the journal-title. Your subscription will end with the last available issue within your current paid term.

Do I have a gracing period for journal subscriptions?

Yes, in some cases, the renewal may not be processed immediately after the expiration of the subscriptions. This might be due to a number of factors such as budget finalization, pending approvals, funding issues, or the creation of new contracts or agreements. Sage acknowledges this and grants continued access to all subscribed services during the renewal process.

Will my access be disrupted during the renewal process?

Your access will not be disrupted during the renewal process as Sage provides 90-day grace access to their customers post the expiry of their subscription.
