How do I update my profile information on the Subscription Renewals Portal?

You can update your personal information, such as your name, billing address, and phone number (excluding email address), within the Subscription Renewals Portal.


Start by clicking the drop down arrow shown below: 

  • To update your name or phone number, select 'Profile" from the drop down
  • To change your billing address, select "My Billing Addresses" from the drop down. Please note, any changes made to your billing address within the Subscription Renewals Portal will only apply to your credit card payment information and will not reflect on your account and final invoice. 

If you would like to make an update to your account information related to ordering and invoicing, including changes to your email address, please contact our Customer Services Team.
