If your VAT number is not appearing on your renewal notice or invoice please contact our Customer Services Team with your order details and VAT registration number so that we can update and bill you accordingly.
After we have processed this request, please note that the updated VAT number will not be immediately visible in the Subscriptions Renewal Portal. However, it will reflect on the receipt you will receive after you make payment.
