How do I change my IP range?

Overview

If you wish to change/add the IP range in your account, please contact our Global IP updates team as this functionality is restricted. If you wish to view your current IP range, this information can be found in your administrative account. Instructions for both processes can be found below. 

How do I change my IP range?

Please email IPUpdates@sagepub.com and include in the following information: 

  • Customer account number 
  • IP addresses to be deleted from the account
  • IP addresses to be added to the account

Our Global IP updates team will make the required changes and confirm once these are made. 


How do I view my IP range?

  1. Log in to your administrator account in our Sage Journals platform
  2. Select the Access/Profile
  3. Select View profile from the Access Options pop-up page
  4. Select Institutional profile > IP Ranges and LOCKSS Server from the left-hand menu
  5. All currently registered IPs and LOCKSS Server are displayed.
