How do I add my institution to the list when submitting my manuscript?

When submitting your manuscript in the submission site, you will be asked to declare your affiliations.

As you begin typing in the affiliation field, a dropdown institution list will appear. The institution list is populated by Ringgold, so changes can't be made on our end.

If you are unable to see your institution on this list, users can still enter the text of their choosing in the institution field, then hit 'Enter' on their keyboard. A pop-up warning will appear alerting you that your institution has not been recognized by Ringgold, but clicking 'OK' will close out the warning and allow you to proceed in saving your details as entered.
