My article is not appearing in the Payment Portal

If your article is not appearing after logging into the Payment Portal, and you are the responsible bill payer, please contact the Publishing Charges team on publishingcharges@sagepub.co.uk. Please include the following in your email:

  • Article ID
  • Relevant screenshots of the Payment Portal/invitation email.
