Why am I being charged TAX or VAT?

You will be charged TAX or VAT in accordance with the regulations and policy guidelines enforced within your regional location.


The rates and charges will be displayed on your invoice and should be paid unless you have a VAT registration number, or you are TAX exempt. Please note that some countries charge VAT regardless of having a registration number.  


If your VAT number is not appearing on your renewal notice or invoice, please contact our Customer Services Team using the contact details below and provide your order details and VAT registration number. We will then be able to update the invoice and bill you accordingly. 


If you are based in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East or Oceania and you are TAX exempt, please contact our Customer Services Team using the Contact Us button below, providing your order details and TAX exemption certificate.
