Can I get a receipt for my subscription payment?

You can request a receipt of payment when placing your order. Please include the email on your order and a copy will automatically be be sent to you once your order has been processed.

If you would like to receive a receipt of payment for a previous order, please contact our customer service department, providing the following information:


  1. Customer account number
  2. Address details
  3. Journal title
  4. Method of payment
