Why am I unable to access my Sage Journals administrator account?

A Sage Journals administrator has the authority to review and update account information, run COUNTER and holdings reports, manage branding options, and more. You may log on after a long period and find that your admin options are no longer available to your account. 


The Sage Journals system automatically removes administrative privileges from your account after a year of inactivity.
