How do I remove an administrator?

To remove an administrator: 

  1. Log in as account administrator
  2. Select the Access/Profile
  3. Select View profile
  4. Select Institutional Account > add/ remove administrators from the left-hand menu
  5. In the Delete an administrator page section: 
    • Select the checkbox for the administrator email address to be deleted
    • Select the Delete button
  6. The administrator has been removed from the account
