How do I view my payment history in the Subscriptions Renewal Portal?

You can view your payment history by using the drop-down as shown in the below by selecting the "My Payment History".

Here, you will find a record of all your subscription payments submitted through the Renewal Portal.



It is important to note that any subscriptions that were paid outside of our Renewal Portal will not appear in this view. 

If you require a history of all payments, including those made outside the Renewals Portal, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be able to assist you further.
