Updating my profile information on the Subscription Renewals Portal

To update your personal information, such as your name, billing address, and phone number (excluding email), please start by clicking the drop down arrow shown below: 

• To update your name, click on the drop-down arrow located in the top right corner, next to your name, and select 'My Profile.'

• To update your billing address, click on the same drop-down arrow in the top right corner, next to your name, and choose 'My Billing Address.'

It's important to note that any changes made to your billing address within the Subscription Renewals Portal will only apply to your credit card payment information and will not reflect on your account and final invoice.
