Please contact your society to first ensure your details held are correct. If they are correct, the society will process any print claims with Sage on your behalf. 


Please note standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks for customers in Europe and 6-8 weeks for customers in Asia and Australia. It is additionally worth noting that replacement copies of missing issues can only be sent if a claim is received within six months of the date of publication.
