When we send out the license for signing, we ask that within 5 days you acknowledge the receipt of the license. If you do not acknowledge this, we follow up in a few days. If this process is going to take you longer than expected, or if an invoice is required before the license is signed, please let us know by contacting your sales manager directly or email agreementreview@sagepub.com
Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Oceania
When we send out the license for signing, this will have a signature due date. If you are not able to make this date, please email librarysupport@sagepub.co.uk with the date that you expect to sign. This will ensure we do not chase you for your signature.
