How will I receive the link to a Pay-per-view article?
You should receive a link to the article you have purchased within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a link within that time period, please follow the below instructions:
- Please check the "Spam" folder in your email account, some inboxes will class this email as "Spam".
- Please note that the email will originate from our noreply@sagepub.com email address. Please search for this email address when looking in your "Spam" folder.
- If you have not received an email confirmation with a link to your inbox or "Spam" folder, please contact Sage's Online Technical Support team at onlinesupport@sagepub.co.uk with the following details:
- Proof of payment
- Article name
