After purchasing a Pay-per-view article on the Sage Journals platform, you should receive an email confirmation which includes a link to the article. If you encounter difficulty with this process, or you have not received an email, please follow the below instructions:
I have not received email confirmation
- Check your "spam" folder for the email confirmation
- Check is the article is available in your Sage Journals profile:
- Login to your Sage Journals profile
- Click on "Access/Profile" and select "View profile"
- Click on your "My Content" option under your profile, and select "Articles and Issues." If your 24-hour access is still active, you will find your articles listed there.
- If you are still unable to access your article, please contact onlinesupport@sagepub.co.uk. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please provide the email address you used for your purchase, the title or DOI of the article(s), any screenshots of error messages.
I received the email confirmation, but my 24-hour access link had expired
Please forward the email confirmation you received to onlinesupport@sagepub.co.uk.
My pay-per-view article access link has not yet expired, but I am still not able to download the PDF for my article
- Update your browser. Our websites work best with the latest browser versions.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- In your browser settings, make sure cookies and redirects are allowed for journals.sagepub.com.
- Once you have ensured the above, try to download the PDF of the article again.
- If you are still unable to access your article, please contact onlinesupport@sagepub.co.uk
