My package or collection does not appear on the Discovery system, what do I do?

Sage shares the mapping file with Discovery Service Providers on a weekly basis. All collections or packages should be available. We are aware that some Discovery vendors use different names to what you may see on invoices or referred to in conversation with Sage. 


We are currently working on mapping our 2023 package and collection names to what the vendors call them. 


In the meantime, your first port of call should be your account support rep or your Sage invoice. Both will have the package names we use.
