Can I change my institution information?

Modified on Wed, 14 Sep 2022 at 04:13 AM

Per our journal guidelines, the institutional information that is listed with each author's information should be where the research was conducted. If you or one of your coauthors have moved to a new institution since completing the research, the new affiliation can be included in a manuscript note at the end of the paper; however, it will not be listed with the author byline.

If you would like an example of an end note, please feel free to use the following:

This research was conducted while [author name] was at [old institution name]. They are now at [new institution name] and may be contacted at [new institution email address].
