How do I submit subscription agent orders through ICEDIS?

Sage supports the submission of orders through the industry standard ICEDIS (International Committee on EDI for Serials). If you would like more information on the operational guidelines and becoming a member please visit EDItEUR

Sage values the format in which subscription agents send their orders as this automation results in accurate and faster processing times ensuring that we continue to meet the expectations of subscription agents and our mutual customers.

Alternatively, if you are unable to support the ICEDIS submission process, orders may be submitted in Excel format using this link Sage Journals Order Form.
