If you are experiencing issues setting up SUSHI Reporting for Sage Journals, please check through the list below.
SUSHI Reporting Troubleshooting
- Please check that you have the correct Requestor ID, Customer Reference ID and SUSHI request URL. These can be found on the Usage reports page of your Sage Journals administrator account.
- Please note that Sage Journals is a different platform from Secure Center, and Secure Center credentials will not work with Sage Journals reports.
- Add your Sage Journals password to the password field.
- If you are not seeing the expected report results, please check that you have the correct report type and date ranges selected. For Sage Journals, these are some of the most commonly used usage report types:
- Journal Requests (Excluding OA_Gold) (TR_J1)
- Journal Usage by Access Type (TR_J3)
- Journal Access Denied (TR_J2)
