Payment deadline

We require that payment is made within 30 days from the date that the Payment Portal invitation email was sent out. If payment is not made within this time, you will be contacted by the Publishing Services team. 

Late payment protocol

The Publishing Services team will follow up with any invoices that are still not paid after 30 days. Please note, after payment has been made, we cannot make changes on the invoice.

I have made payment but still being chased up

We apologise if you are still receiving emails despite making payment. If you are receiving these emails, please do respond back on those emails informing us that you have made payment and if you can provide any confirmation receipt as this will help us look into this and aim to resolve this as quickly as possible.
