How do I change my profile information on the renewals portal?

To update your profile name, click the grey arrow beneath your username at the top of the page and select ‘My Profile’ from the dropdown menu. 

To update your billing address click the grey arrow beneath your username at the top of the page and select ‘My Billing Address’ from the dropdown menu. Please note, billing addresses are used for your credit card payment information only and do not alter the details of your order or invoice. If you wish to alter the address on your order, please contact us.
