Why am I unable to reset my password as a Society member?

If you are trying to reset your password and you have not received a verification email, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your spam and junk folders
  2. Ensure you are using the email address registered with the society. This will be the same email provided to Sage.


If you are not successful in locating the verification email, please contact onlinesupport@sagepub.co.uk
