How can I upgrade my Customer's subscription?

Subscription agents can request to upgrade orders on behalf of their customers.

We consider an upgrade to be when a customer wants to add more value to their current subscription. The following provides guidance on the qualifying changes.

  • Increased Perpetual access
  • Additional access to back files
  • Upgrading from print only to combined (print + online access)
  • Migrating from a print only subscription to e-only


Customers can choose to upgrade at any point during their current subscription term.

Please send your upgrade requests quoting your purchase order number along with the requested format change to the relevant contact based on your location.
