Shibboleth or Open Athens error message

We are aware that certain customers are experiencing issues with their Shibboleth and Open Athens authentication via WAYfless URL. 

SAGE Publishing is working with Atypon urgently to resolve the problem. What our investigations have shown so far is that the issue is intermittent, affecting only some users. 

In most cases, trying again will resolve the error message and access is granted. 

The error message looks as followed:
