How do I get access to my Sage Journal individual subscription?

If you are an individual subscribed to a journal, and you are struggling to access your personally subscribed journal content, please follow the below instructions:

To access an individual subscription: 

  1. If you have just purchased your subscription, check your email for a message from Sage with instructions on how to create your password and verify your email for your Sage Journals profile. If you did not receive your email, first, please check your "spam" folder in your email account. If you find that you still did not receive your activation email, please contact onlinesupport@sagepub.co.uk for assistance with your login.
  2. Once you have set up your login credentials, go to Sign In: Sage Journals and log in with the email address used to purchase the subscription
  3. Select the Access/Profile (You might be prompted to sign in at this point)
  4. Select View profile 
  5. Select My profile > My content from the left-hand menu to view purchased journals and articles
  6. Select the journal name from the Journals tab on the My Content page to go to the journal homepage


 


Please note, a new subscription can take at least 24-48 hours to be processed.


If the account is new with no previous purchases, you will need to please verify the account's email address. This can be done by resetting the account password at Forgotten your password?
