How do I change my IP range?

To change an IP range: 

1. Email IPUpdates@sagepub.comwith the required changes. Please include the following details in the email: 
   • Customer account number 
   • IP addresses to be deleted from the account
   • IP addresses to be added to the account

To view current registered IP ranges:

1. Log in as account administrator at journals.sagepub.com/login
2. Select the Access/Profile bar
3. Select View profile 
4. Select Institutional profile > IP Ranges and LOCKSS Server from the left-hand menu
5. All currently registered IPs and LOCKSS Server are displayed.
