We can process a proforma invoice for any of our institutional customers. We will not process invoices for agents or individuals, although we can send out receipts for tax purposes if this is requested. You can submit a ticket for our customer service team if you require a receipt or proforma invoice. When contacting us, please remember to state your Sage reference number and the relevant journal titles.
