To access usage reports: 

  1. Log in as account administrator at
  2. Select the Access Options bar
  3. Select View My Account from the Access Options pop-up page
  4. Select Institutional Account > Usage Reports from the left-hand menu
  5. In the Current COUNTER Reports > Create a report page section, the following report parameters can be changed to generate different usage reports:
    • Time period (Specific year or date range)
    • Report type (Journal or platform reports)
    • Report format (XML, HTML or tab-delimited text)
    • Recipients (Defaults to account administrator email address)
  6. Select the Submit button
  7. The report is generated and emailed to the specified recipients
